3D Construction is dedicated to making your projects into accomplishments, houses into homes, and dreams into reality. Since 2003, we have proudly been serving and working with the people of Skagit and Island Counties. As a proud member of the Better Business Bureau, 3-D Construction guarantees work and craftsmanship of the finest quality.
3D Construction is interested in projects big and small. If it is important to you, it is important to us. Our projects range from four thousand square foot dream homes to spring cleaning and hauling trash.
Prices are always negotiable, and we are willing to make sure that our customers receive a proper payment plan that works accordingly with their lifestyles.
Community and family have always been an important aspect of 3-D Construction. We help boost the local economy by hiring local plumbers, electricians, and craftsman. We are always interested in volunteering. We feel that it isn't the quantity of money you give, but the quality of work. Recently we helped a police officer by volunteering our tools, man power, and time for a project he needed done.
Please be warned though- Mike isn't your typical contractor. He likes to make sure he is in touch with you on all levels of the project you want completed. He likes customers to be aware and involved in all facets of the work he is doing for you. Our customers are not one time projects-they often return to us and become long time friends.
When I first decided to build an addition on my house to expand my kitchen and dining room I was very concerned and worried. I had received a bid from a general contractor that was way out of my price range of what I was willing to spend and I was intimidated about doing a project as Owner/Builder due to all of the horror stories I heard about coordinating contractors and keeping track of everything. When I met Mike Dausey it was purely by chance but he immediately put me at ease and was focused on my project and how to best and most efficiently to complete it and not on the bottom line or his profit margin.
